Air Arabia launching flights to Trabzon, Turkey from 23 June 2017

Air Arabia is starting flights to the Turkish Black Sea resort of Trabzon from June 23, 2017. The new seasonal non-stop service provides passengers the chance to discover Turkey’s historic port city, in addition to its already existing services to Istanbul. The flight will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, departing Sharjah International Airport at 21:30, and arriving at Trabzon…

The flight will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, departing Sharjah International Airport at 21:30, and arriving at Trabzon International Airport at 00:05 local time the next day. The return service will depart Trabzon at 00:45, landing in Sharjah at 05:00 local time.
“Trabzon provides travelers with a unique opportunity to experience Turkey’s coastal region and witness the history behind one of the oldest trading ports in the country. The new route is a testament to Air Arabia’s commitment to providing affordable holiday destinations to passengers traveling from the UAE,” said Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia. “We are confident that the new destination will provide our visitor with a unique holiday getaway, and further cement trade and bilateral ties between the two nations.”

An inaugural special Dh999 roundtrip fare from Sharjah to Trabzon is currently on offer at the Air Arabia website.
