(NYSE: HOT) will mark its debut in the emirate of Ajman on February 1, 2014 with the opening of Ajman Saray, A Luxury Collection Resort, Ajman. A beachside retreat, Ajman Saray will feature 205 luxurious rooms, including 24 suites offering captivating views of the Arabian Gulf. The resort will offer an exquisite variety of epicurean experiences including a specialty restaurant focused on authentic Middle Eastern delicacies, a contemporary seafood restaurant, an all-day dining space serving Mediterranean cuisine, a beach bar and grill, the equestrian inspired lounge with a relaxing atmosphere and a lobby lounge. Leisure facilities include a 1,250 square metre spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a range of water sport activities. The resort will also have nearly 1,000 square metres of meeting and event space, including a ballroom that spans more than 480 square metres.
Ajman Saray will be the fourth addition to The Luxury Collection’s portfolio in the Middle East which features the iconic Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa, Grosvenor House Dubai and Sheraton Kuwait. The brand will expand its regional footprint with Grand Hills in Beirut, Lebanon (2014) and Al Manara Hotel in Aqaba, Jordan (2016).
