Al Ain Wildlife Park Opens Night Zoo

The Night Zoo at the Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort (AWPR) opened on Friday. Animals have been acclimatized to so that they will be wide awake for the nocturnal shows. Lighting has been installed and tested and animal feeding times and staff hours have been rearranged accordingly. The managing director for AWPR said the Night Zoo attracted more than 130,000 visitors during June, July, and August. Majid Al Mansouri said “During the summer our animals are active during the night hours and we want people to enjoy their activity.” The zoo is open from Saturday to Thursday between 4 pm and 10 pm and on Fridays between 10am and 10pm.
