Amadeus is the sole GDS provider for 13 carriers in the Arab Air Carriers Association. Mr. Medaware will be responsible for developing relationships with Middle Eastern airlines and local organizations in the region. He will be based in Dubai but report to Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa – Frederick Spagno. Mr. Medawar previously was Managing Director of Amadeus Hospitality Business Group, based in Paris.
