The winning noodle dish will be served to Cathay passengers traveling between North America and Hong Kong.

The winner will also receive two round-trip Premium Economy tickets from one of their six gateways – Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver – to Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Tourism Board will also give the winner a special bespoke tour of the city.

Dishes will be judged on presentation, appeal, taste, ease of transportation and practicality as an in-flight entrée.
