Dubai Airports CEO, Paul Griffiths, said the award results from their customer centric approach to enhancing the quality of customer service. He said after safety and security, service excellence is the most important priority. He noted the launch of Terminal 3 last year has doubled their operational capacity and allowed them to enhance the customer service experience at DIA.
