CEO of the Dubai Shopping Festival said the signs of an economic recovery are encouraging different stakeholders in DSF. She said the government is cooperating with various private sector representatives “to create an environment for visitors and residents to make the most of what Dubai offers.” She said so far more than 1,000 retail outlets have registered for the four month long DSF, which includes DSS.
