The two companies signed a contract for the development and Marriot has been appointed operator of Park Towers, which will be under Marriot management and branded as one of the premier JW Marriot Marquis luxury hotels. The first six story tower is scheduled to open in 2011 and the second in 2013. Emirates Airline and Group chief executive said they believe the new hotel property will emerge as one of Dubai’s top hotels and will contribute to bringing leisure and business travelers to the city.
