The famous Hollywood Biltmore brand will be launched in the Middle East by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. The company plans to open a Biltmore property in every city. The landmark Biltmore hotel was built in 1923 and many celebrities and presidents have been guests there on a regular basis. Ali Lakhraim, partner and president of Millennium & Copthorne Middle East, said “We are now in implementation stage of bringing this brand to the Middle East.” Mr. Lakhraim said they are talking to different owners for developing Biltmore here and have already secured commitments from some. He described the brand as “not Emirates Palace or Shangri La,; it is somewhere in between.” The company plans to build a Biltmore in all cities in the Middle East including Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
