Jet Airways Begins Jeddah-Mumbai Service

Jet Airways launched daily direct Jeddah to Mumbai service on Tuesday. The carrier also offers flights from Doha, Muscat, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain to major cities in India. Jet Airways Vice President for the Gulf and Middle East said they are exited about establishing direct links between Jeddah and India. Fareed Al Alawi said “This introduction further marks our commitment and growth in the Middle East region despite the economic downturn.” The Jeddah flight 9W 521 departed at 0100 hours and arrived in Mumbai on at 0835 hours. The return flight will leave Mumbai at 21:35 hours and land in Jeddah at 0001hours.
