The hotel has come a long way from the previously used HVAC system that used motors running on certain speeds. This system did not allow for any adjustments with regard to the changing power requirements during the day and year for that matter. Thus, the HVAC was replaced with ABB technology and the overall energy consumption and emissions were reduced.
