Jumeirah Group, the luxury hotel operator that manages Burj Al Arab, will manage a new five star hotel located in the Maldives. The 36 villa Jumeirah Meradhoo resort will be located on a 45,000 square meter uninhabited island. 16 villas will be separated from the main island, forming a separate water village. Each water village villa will measure 240 square meters. The 20 luxury beach villas on the main island will measure about 300 square meters. The resort will also have a dive center, providing guests access to one of the best reefs in the Maldives, a Talise spa, three restaurants, and a bar.
