All Phoenix Miles members who stay at Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in New York, Dubai, and London, can earn miles. Air China serves all of these destinations. Phoenix Miles members spending $1 USD with Jumeirah earn $1 USD with Phoenix Miles. Members staying in Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts for 15 or more room nights within one year automatically receive 15,000 miles.
