Launched by Catherine Salway a former Virgin airlines brand guru, this new, healthy bar will settle into a permanent home in September. According to its website, it will be offering its clients "a range of classy mocktails, fruit infusions, teas and coffees, [and will] be serving super-healthy food, including desserts that are good for you.
