Food huts offering classing Peruvian dishes including ceviche, tiradito, causa, quinotto, beef anticucho, and empanadas, along with Peruvian juices and the renowned national grape cocktail will be available for guests to enjoy.
Peruvian cuisine is the result of a 500-year-old melting pot of Spanish, Italian, African, Japanese and Chinese immigration combined with native Peruvian culture. Hosted by Madinat Jumeirah and organised by the Trade, Tourism and Investment Office of Peru in Dubai, Taste of Peru will include guest appearances from celebrity Peruvian chefs and live performances by Peru Andino, a prominent group of musicians travelling to Dubai for this event.
The event starts from Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 from 6pm until 11pm and Friday 28 February and Saturday 1 March from 3pm to midnight.
Taste of Peru is an event of Dubai Food Festival which takes place across Dubai from 21 February to 15 March, 2014.
