The New York Plaza Hotel, which is managed by Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI), earned the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Rating for 2010. Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), which is chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, owns a 58.1 percent share in FRHI.
