Pilots Association Will Not Accept PIA Raise

The Pakistan Airlines Pilots Association (PALPA) announced it will not accept the pay raise just announced by management of Pakistan International Airlines, unless their contract pilots are regularized. Captain Suhail Baluch said PALPA can’t accept PIA managements go by the book, and go slow approach because the airline can’t afford disruption. He said PIA does not want to regularize employees but the airline needs more than 80 pilots.
