The Middle East Vice President for Rezidor explained there is increasing demand from corporate and leisure travelers for less expensive hotels and so this is the best time for Rezidor to expand its mid range brand further. Marko Hytonen said they are currently negotiating and have a project under business development that “will definitely fit very well into Dubai.”
