Sapori di Bice to offer rotating iftar menu

The Iftar buffet will feature twelve dishes including Iftar favourties such as fattoush and halloumi cheese salad for starters.

Signature main dishes will rotate on a weekly basis, in addition to unique dessert offerings including cinnamon and date panna cotta, camel cheese cake with pistachio or saffron rice and rose water pudding.

Week 1

Zuppa di lenticchie verdi ed erbe di campo: Green lentil soup and fresh aromatic herbs

Pollo arrosto marinato al limone servito con riso allo zafferano: Lemon marinated roasted chicken served with saffron rice

Week 2

Minestrone di verdure alla Toscana con pesce: Slow cooked vegetable and fish minestrone

Agnello alla griglia con pomodorini appassiti, cetrioli e yogurt alla menta: Grilled lamb chop with baked cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks, yogurt and fresh mint

Week 3

Zuppa di patate e mais con julienne di pollo arrosto: Potatoes and corn soup with shredded roasted chicken

Stinco d’agnello in umido con patate arrosto e purea di melanzane affumicate e menta: Braised lamb shank with smoked eggplant purée and fresh mint

Week 4

Zuppa di pomodori, ceci e peperoni: Tomatoes, chickpeas and bell pepper soup

Stufato di manzo con purea di patate in sugo piccante al coriandolo: Slow cooked beef stew, in spicy coriander jus and mash potatoes

The Ramadan Iftar buffet is priced at AED 160 per person.
