SCTDA Begins European Road Show

The Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA) has embarked on a road show through three European countries in order to attract more European tourists to Sharjah. Director General of the SCTDA, Mohammad A. Al No’man, said that these kinds of shows are important given the challenges facing the global tourism sector, and changes resulting from the effects of the global economic crisis. Al No’man said SCTDA will ensure Sharjah has a leading position on the regional and global tourism map “by increasing the marketing and promotional activities for the emirate, with particular focus on its unique blend of past and present”
