Sharjah Tourism Authority Classifies Hotel Premises

The 107 hotel properties operating in Sharjah have been classified according to Law No. 16 of 2007. Hotel categories are between one and five stars and hotel apartment categories are Deluxe, Standard, and Basic. SCTDA Licensing and Classifications Department Manager said hotels reacted positively to news of their classification and upgraded their classes in accordance with SCTDA standards.
