The Sofitel Dubai Jumeriah Beach hotel is one of 25 new hotels that could shake up the UAE market in the last quarter of 2009. These new hotels added 6,900 rooms and STR Global data shows five new brands have been introduced. The industry research firm has a list of 48 new properties set to open in Q4 but a number of projects have been delayed.
