From June 29 to July 24, and again from August 17 to 28, the capital’s popular beachfront holiday destination will once again hold a summer camp for young aficionados. Catering to ages 4 to 12 years, the thoughtfully designed program will combine fun with education and feature an array of activities ranging from art and crafts, cooking and baking, indoor and outdoor exercises and competitive games, amongst other activities.
The summer camp will cost AED 250 per day per child, or AED 950 per week. Each week, one optional off-site excursion will be organized for an additional AED 100 per child. The camp will last from 9.00 am until 3:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
To ensure that children are involved in age-appropriate activities, there will be two groups - the juniors for ages 4 to 7 and the seniors for ages 7 to 12 years. Children will be attended to by the trained staff at Sandcastle Club, with inclusion of a well-balanced breakfast, lunch and a healthy afternoon snack. On enrollment for a week, participating children will receive two T-shirts and a cap. For in-house guests, the lunch will be 50 AED and the Summer Camp will be complimentary.
For those who wish to take time to enjoy the pools and beaches within the resort, daily passes are now available. Basic entry will cost AED 250, AED 350 with food and beverage credit and AED 450 with an Iridium Spa credit. Passes are available now from Sunday to Thursday. Starting June 1st, passes will be available all week during the summer months.
The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort also has a food and beverage summer offer to cool things down. Visit any restaurant during the summer and upon paying, guests will receive a voucher that entitles them to a complimentary dinner when three others dine, which they are free to use in any venue for their next visit before the end of the summer.
