The hotel has 244 rooms and suites providing sweeping views of Downtown Burj Dubai, which is considered the new heart of the city. The mall has 1,200 retail outlets. Emmar properties chairman said “The opening of the hotel is Emaar’s tribute to the city of Dubai as it celebrates the launch of Dubai Metro.” Mr. Mohammed Alabbar said the Dubai Mall is emerging as one of the most popular shopping destinations in the world, and The Address Dubai opening complements this.
