This October Cipriani Yas Island will yet again be pairing up with ‘The Truffle Man’ himself, Massimo Vidoni, to celebrate the ‘Diamond of the Kitchen’ with a fresh offering of sumptuous classics, made better with truffles. Last year saw some amazing creations including a truffle topped Steak Tartare ‘alla Cipriani’ and a delicious Veal Picante served up with generous lashings of rich truffle.
