Turkish Airlines appoints new general manager in Kuwait

Turkish Airlines has announced the appointment of Mr Sami Aydogan as general manager of the global carrier’s operations in Kuwait. Mr Sami Aydogan’s predecessor, Adem Ceylan, has taken on the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Turkish Airlines in Middle East & Cyprus, building on his wealth of experience in the Middle East, one of the carrier’s fastest growth markets, and in Kuwait where passenger traffic grew by over 35 per cent last year compared to 2012.

A farewell dinner was held at JW Marriott Hotel in Kuwait City to welcome Mr Aydogan in his new role as general manager for Turkish Airlines operations in Kuwait and to celebrate achievements of the global carrier with Mr Ceylan, local partners, corporate customers and the community.
