Dubai boasts the Burj Dubai, the tallest tower in the world at 818 meters and the 321 meter high Burj Al Arab, the second tallest building in the world used exclusively as a hotel. Sharjah is the cultural capital of the UAE and its attractions include Souq Al Markazi which captures Islamic architecture and designs and hosts over 600 shops. Other important attractions in Sharjah are Heritage District of Sharjah, Sharjah Fort Museum, Islamic Museum, and Qanat Al Qasba. A key tourist attraction in Ras Al Khaimah is Dhayah Fort.
