Virgin Atlantic: Dubai Becoming Value For Money Destination
Published by Irhal
A senior official with Virgin Atlantic Airline said Dubai is becoming a more popular destination for the average British holidaymaker, because room rates are falling and value for money is increasing. Paul Dickenson, the airline’s sales and marketing director said “We are seeing an increase in hotel rooms and average rates are coming down so suddenly we can offer fantastic prices that people can afford.”…

Virgin Atlantic’s sister company, outbound tour operator Virgin Holidays, is offering an all inclusive package in nearby emirate Ras Al Khaimah that is proving to be extremely popular. Virgin Atlantic is now the biggest producer for Atlantis on the Palm Jumeirah. Dickenson said there is no point in offering good flight and accommodation packages if, when tourists arrive at their destination, the price of food and drink remain high.
