The male passenger refused to stow his hand luggage in the overhead compartment, claiming it contained a bomb. The captain immediately returned to Kuwait, all passengers were evacuated, the plane was inspected, and Minister of Interior carried out the bags contents. There were no explosives found and the irate passenger was referred to state security authorities.
