What is your favourite travel souvenir?

The most visited tourist destination in the world is Paris. And not surprisingly, the

most commonly sold souvenir is a replica of the Eiffel Tower. The number of small Eiffel Towers that adorn shelves across the world can be gauged by the fact that in just one raid by police in a Paris suburb almost 60 tons of miniature Eiffel Towers were seized from a warehouse run by a Chinese woman. The French police claim that these imported replicas are sold by street vendors who do not pay any taxes and undermine the trade of the "official" sellers of the souvenirs.

Besides miniature replicas of famous tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty and Burj Khalifa, refrigerator magnets, T-shirts, mugs and ashtrays with pictures of famous tourist landmarks are among the most cherished souvenirs brought back by travelers.
