Gill said Dubai is an ideal place to open the candy store because there is sufficient demand for a big confectionary store like this, and the Dubai Mall is expected to have 30 million visitors a year. The 10,000 square foot store will feature a 10 meter singing chocolate tree adorned with lollipops, and will sell everything from chocolates, popcorn, and soda pop. The store is aiming for $10 million in sales annually.
