The Hotel Palacio de Sal Hotel & Spa, recently remodeled, is built entirely of salt: Walls, floors, ceilings, and much of its implementation and decorations: Chairs, tables, beds, sculptures, and some are made of salt.
It's located in the port of Colchani, on the eastern shore of the Great Salar de Uyuni and just 25 kms from the city of Uyuni - a fairly remote location but probably good for adventurer's seeking rest and relaxation.
There's also the added bonus of never bothering anyone to pass the salt - you can just scrape it off the walls!
