British Airways: 70pc Of Long Haul Flights Will Operate During Strike

British Airways (BA) issued a statement on Wednesday saying it plans to operate 70 percent of its long haul flights during the next phase of the strike action by its cabin crew, scheduled to start on Saturday, March 27th, and continue until Tuesday, March 30th. According to the BA.com website, as of 6 pm on Wednesday, three of the nine flights scheduled to operate between Dubai and Heathrow during the second phase of the strike have been cancelled. Two of ten flights scheduled for the Heathrow-Dubai leg have been cancelled. All flights on the Doha-Bahrain-Heathrow route are expected to operate as scheduled on March 27th, but all of the scheduled flights on these routes are cancelled on March 28th and March 29th.
