With an estimated budget of about AED 2.3 billion to build the Palazzo Versace hotel in Dubai, it sure isn't a disappointment. The designer hotel will accommodate 213 rooms and 169 residences, with each one-bedroom unit sprawling across 1,500 sqft. On the other hand the six-bedroom units will cover a vast 14,200 sqft of luxury. Obviously, whether you like it or not, all of these units will have Versace's signature fabrics, marble flooring and mosaics too.

You can look forward to a host of pools - a lagoon pool, ornamental pools, reflecting ponds, private pools, and a private marina. Other pass times at the Palazzo Versace in Dubai are a spa, an Italian restaurant, and bars. A Versace ready-to-wear apparel and jewellery boutique will also be there for those itching to shop.
