June 13 - The Dubai Events and Promotions Establishment has announced highlights of this year’s Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), which include international shows, musicals, and shopping and promotions throughout Dubai. Laila Suhail, Chief Executive of DEPE said “We have endeavored to present a spectacular combination of attractions that create a comprehensive holiday package for all visitors and residents in Dubai during DSS.” She said the marketing slogan this year is ‘Dubai, your summer destination of surprises’. DSS 2010 will focus on retail promotions at 25 select shopping malls where a purchase of Dh500 gives shoppers the chance to win vouchers from some of the best entertainment venues in Dubai.
