Fujairah International Airport Expects Three Airlines

A top official with the Fujairah International Airport (FIA) said they expect to receive three new airlines by the end of this year. FIA does not have any commercial airlines but has a capacity for two million passengers annually. The airport handles 50 chartered flights every day. It is strategically located on the east coast of the UAE. Dr. Khaled said they are between 30% and 40% less expensive than Dubai and Sharjah.
