Dhugga said that the hotel is hugely popular with male visitors as well as family and the introduction of the Duchess Room service tailored to women travelling alone, on business or with friends is part of the hotel’s aim to attract more female customers. The service includes a personalized welcome card from Dhugga, and a female member to escort them to their rooms and handle all room services and house-keeping requirements.

Seven Tides was set up in 2004 that focuses on hospitality and real estate sectors.
