The Intercontinental Madrid is a 5 star property that offers everything you could possibly need from a hotel. Reviews say the place is perfect save for one thing: the noise. Late night music, drilling, traffic and more can be heard from both within the hotel and outside on the streets. Staff aren’t particularly helpful apparently, and will only offer sympathy but no results when you complain about anything.…
Other complaints are to do with exorbitant charges, but this is a five star hotel so it is to be expected.
