The Business Lunch menus have been especially designed by the culinary teams to impress corporate guests and business partners.
Each of the Business Lunch menus feature a three course set menu with choices for starter, main and dessert and will be available at Brasserie Angélique, a traditional French brasserie offering classic French home-style cuisine combined with an authentic French ambiance and lively metropolitan interaction; Tori No Su, a sleek Japanese destination of style and taste offering traditional Japanese cuisine along with contemporary creations based on classic elements; and Quest, the award winning Pan-Asian restaurant located on Level 63 offering modern gastronomic masterpieces with inspirational views of Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, Skyline and Arabian Gulf waterscapes.
French classics are featured in the Brasserie Angélique set menus, including: Paté de Foie de Volaille, Entrecôte Grillée and Vanilla Crème Brûlée, while at Tori No Su, Japanese favourites such as Makizushi and Sashimi, Tempura Platters and Fruit Anmitsu are also highlighted. At Quest, notable original creations from Chef Benjamin Whatt feature Wok Fried Turnip and “Rice Gnocchi”, Yamaimo “Mock Scallops” and “Tofu” Cheesecake.
Whether one is serious about business or is in the business of gastronomic delight, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers’ Business Lunch menus prove an effective and economical way of making any afternoon profitable.
