This fall marks the opening of La Cucina, a stylish Italian restaurant offering the best in traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sixth dining option at Al Faisaliah Hotel, La Cucina is the first restaurant to open in the much anticipated new “South Wing” extension of the prestigious hotel.
Offering a wide range of culinary delights, the La Cucina menu includes garden-fresh salads, sumptuous soups, fresh thin-crust pizzas baked in a traditional beach wood pizza oven, and homemade pastas with gourmet sauces made from fresh, all-natural ingredients. Main dishes range from sautéed tiger prawns to grilled beef tenderloin, marinated duck breast and slow cooked veal shank, and desserts deliver the sweetest finale to a menu that will delight the most discerning palate.
Under the inspired direction of Chef Maurizio, the bustling, open kitchen at La Cucina will offer flavoursome but light and deliciously healthy dishes from morning through to night.
