Saudis amount to 18% of the total expenditure by tourists in Lebanon

Saudi tourists occupied the first rank in the list of spending for tourists who came to Lebanon during the first two months of 2011, amounting to about 18% of the total expenditure. Nigerian tourists increased spending by 50% during the first two months of the year compared to the end of last year . As for the distribution of tourism expenditure by region, Beirut the capital city of Lebanon attracted 84% of the total expenditure in the first two months of the year, followed by the Metn area by 12% and the Kesrouan by 2% and 1% of Baabda.
