Stay at the Waldorf Astoria, New York, for $15.75

The uber-luxurious hotel has a long-standing tradition of offering the original rate to couples who have retained their receipt after 50 years of marriage and a New York area couple is taking up their offer this weekend - to celebrate 66 years of marriage. While standard guest rooms at the Waldorf are currently available for $229 a night, suites start from $499. So, not everybody can stay at the Waldorf for the price of two Big Mac meals.
