Syria Tourism Sector Remains Strong

Syria’s Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs said the country’s tourism and real estate sector remain strong and have not been affected by the economic crisis. Al Dardari said the tourism and real estate sectors are advanced, meeting the needs of a wide range of investors. He said the government has issued regulations aimed at stimulating the economic process and this has helped create local job opportunities and attract local Arab investment.
