Eid Al Adha, known also as the ‘Festival of Sacrifice’ is one of the most celebrated religious festivals by Muslims around the world. The most significant part of Eid is the sacrificing of animals to commemorate the story of Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to Allah. Turkey’s strong Islamic heritage together with its beautiful cities, historic landmarks, rich culture and traditions make it a very appealing destination for visitors from the Gulf and other Muslim countries.
