Two Movenpick hotels in Jordan acquire HACCP certification

"HACCP has become a widely-accepted production control system for the food industry worldwide," said Peter Hoesli, General Manager, at Movenpick Resort & Residence, Aqaba. "Both the US Food and Drug Administration and the US Department of Agriculture use HACCP programme as an effective approach to maximise food safety and protect public health," said Hubert Klemenz, the general manager of Mövenpick Resort Tala Bay.
