Dubai’s hotel revenue per available room (RevPar) fell 25.9 percent in December compared to the same period in 2007. Visitors to the emirate declined due to the global downturn. A group of tourists stranded on the Ras Al Khamai Mountain overnight were rescued by the Air Wing police.
