The Super Lomo Cambalache is a specialty, a steak large enough to feed two heavyweight champions, or four to five ordinary eaters. The Don Ignacio, a boneless chicken dish smothered in mushroom sauce and seasoned with pineapple and peppers, is sure to keep you returning every week. And the potato soufflé for dessert rounds up the evening perfectly.
