The largest outdoor shopping mall in the city, opened to the public in 2006. The mall comprises of spaces that have been linked together beautifully by using a combination of open plazas, shaded courts, and intersecting corridors, with some brilliant interplay of light and shadow, making it an overall aesthetically appealing architectural experience. Consequently, the mall has become a hotspot for tourists, who come to take in the impressive ambience more than they come to shop. It is also a place where carnivals and cultural events frequently take place in its specially designed spaces. The mall offers designer wear in clothes and fashion accessories, home furniture, electronic items – all other offerings typical of a large departmental store – and also contains health and beauty outlets and gourmet food stores.
