Compiled by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and its strategic partner, The National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Fast Growth 100 highlights companies with a strong track record of extraordinary revenue growth and jobs generation as well as innovative business practices.
During a recent meeting to mark the accomplishment, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline and Group, received the award from Dnata Travel’s partner in KSA, His Highness Sheikh Mubarak Abdullah Al Suwaiket.
Mohammed Mosaid, General Manager for Dnata Travel KSA, said the company’s success is largely attributable to the operation’s community-specific focus: “Upon entering the Saudi market, great effort has been made to actively engage with the local community and tailor our services to their individual needs as a unique market. For example, we were the first Travel Company to implement a 24-hour ladies call centre. We were also the first to extend our opening hours to include operations on Fridays. We have worked closely with the KSA Chamber of Commerce to train and develop local staff from within the Saudi community and I believe the reciprocal relationship we have fostered has helped us become the leading Travel Services Company in the region”.
