The “Fernando & Humberto” suite, named after the two, follows a collaboration between the hotel and filmmaker David Lynch in May.
The Brazilian brothers opted for maroon and green tones, resulting in a classical interior with a contemporary atmosphere. The hotel’s signature furniture was customized to match the designers’ vision.
“In keeping with the idea of modernizing the room and adding a touch of design, we designed a totally new carpet that covers the entire floor as well as part of the wall and even creates the outline of a headboard. The final result is elegant, refined, and undoubtedly brings a Brazilian touch,” explain the pair.
Fernando and Humberto Campana worked with prestigious brands such as Alessi and Edra to design the suite, while Nodus was in charge of producing the “Sushi 2″ carpet, a unique piece that was handwoven in India according to the siblings’ design.
A night there costs upwards of €2,000.
